Our Founder’s Perspective

Blossom & Oscar was founded by a British Armed Forces Veteran, former Police Scotland Officer and Hostile Close Protection Operator for the Foreign & Commonwealth Diplomatic Office. Over the last decade he has worked directly with UHNW families, private estates, and corporate leaders across the UK, Middle East and Europe - personally managing security, household operations and staff recruitment. This first-hand experience of safeguarding families, homes and reputations at the highest level is the foundation of Blossom & Oscar’s approach: precision in process, integrity in people, and an unwavering commitment to discretion.
